WEI-FANG, CHANG is a new bear artist who started to make bears about 3 years ago. She has won some awards from some of the major teddy bear shows in Sydney and Brisbane. Also, according she is originally from Taiwan, and she also have been reported by some Taiwanese medias, such as TV news, magazines and newspaper.
After two successful teddy bear shows, she began to build up her own web site and open to public at 1st of September, 2004. The website called,"CUMAI" is Taiwanese Aboriginal meaning of "BEAR", so she wants people who around the world can see her bears, and even love her bears!
