When you decide to do this custom design bear and I will also confirm the detail with you.
Then please remit half of the total amount for the deposit.

I will start to make the bear after I receive the money.
Please do not change any part of design after I start to make the bear, such as the size and colour of the mohair. Because of the mohair could already been cut out for this unique bear that I can't make another again. However, you can still add the accessories, for example the shoes or hat. (extra fee is needed)

When the bear is finished, I will take a photo of the bear and email you. Then please remit/transfer the other half of amount to me.
After receive the money, I will send the bear to you.
Enjoy the bear and thank you for bring him alive and provide a new home for him/her.
